2. Online Account & Responsibility

·        Registered users must log in with their email ID and password to access certain services.

·        You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

·        Any order placed through your account will be considered as valid and authorized by you.


3. Terms of Operations

·        House of Aanvi reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any of its services at any time without prior notice.

·        Outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or refunded.

·        We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion, without assigning a reason.

·        House of Aanvi will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.


4. Warranty & Liability

·        House of Aanvi is not liable for any damages arising from the use of products purchased.

·        We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including logistics delays, natural calamities, strikes, etc.).


5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

·        All content on this website (including images, text, graphics, product designs, and layouts) is the property of House of Aanvi and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

·        You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from House of Aanvi.


6. Damaged Products

·        Every saree is carefully quality-checked before dispatch. However, in rare cases, if a product is damaged during transit:

o   Please email us at contact@houseofaanvi.com with a picture of the damaged product within 3 days of delivery.

o   We will arrange a replacement of the same or similar product, subject to stock availability.

o   Damage claims raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.

7. Missed Delivery & Re-shipment

·        Our logistics partners make up to three delivery attempts.

·        If the order is not accepted, it will be returned to us.

·        Re-shipment can be arranged at your request for an additional ₹250.

·        For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipment will only be processed after you make the payment online (including shipping charges).
