However, we do allow exchanges in case of:
- Wrong item delivered (unboxing video required)
- Damaged product (unboxing video required)
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
To start an exchange, please DM us with your order ID and a clear video of the issue.
If a similar product is not available, we’ll issue you a credit note valid for 3 months, which can be used on any future purchase.
